We also explain to you WHY the drill is important, WHEN to use it in your training session, HOW LONG to practice it for and WHAT correct execution should look and feel like.
Andrew Raines - the founder of One On One Football, and your coach for the program has designed the 8 week curriculum to imitate the experience of a private 'one-on-one' coaching session.
How is it delivered?
Our purpose-built digital interface allows you to access the entire program (including drill videos and detailed descriptions) from either your desktop computer, or on-the-go with your smartphone.
You can keep track of your progress, mark sessions as complete and loads more.
