Clean Hands

 

Now when we say clean hands, we don't just mean QUICK hands. Speed is secondary when it comes to ball handling. This is important to remember.

 

If you want to play in the AFL or AFLW you CAN NOT FUMBLE 

 

This means you take the ball cleanly, and in one take whether it is on the ground, in the air, or off a ruck contest. Whether it's in one hand, two hands or on your chest. Whether you're in open space or under pressure. Whether you are stationary or running fast.
